Poplar won’t officially open until April, but we’re hosting a number of “soft-opening” nights to allow our neighbors to enjoy Poplar early and for us to fine-tune our vision for Poplar.

This reservation type is for seats at a communal table. If you would prefer something a little more intimate, consider booking a whole table or seats at the bar.

For these “soft-opening” services, we are not providing menus ahead of time. If you’re feeling adventurous (and trusting!) please reserve your spot for this evening. We will contact everyone that reserves a spot to review dietary restrictions and strong preferences to ensure that the a la carte options offered that night will excite all of our patrons. We are able to accommodate vegans and vegetarians but will also offer meat and/or seafood for those that would enjoy it.

We have very limited seating and are requiring a $50 deposit per seat. Food and drinks will be ordered a la carte during service, and the deposit will be credited toward the final tab. Refunds are available up to seven days prior to the event.

If you’d prefer the comfort of knowing the evening’s menu ahead of time, please consider attending one of our ticketed events. We currently have a few posted and there will be more coming soon.
